Shipping policy

We ship using Inter Express Cold Chain or Kerry Express Cold Chain. We ship every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. To Bangkok it takes 1-2 days, to the rest of Thailand it will take 2-3 days.

The shipment will arrive in Bangkok (if leaving on Tuesday) on Wednesday or Thursday. For the rest of Thailand, it will arrive on Thursday or Friday (if leaving on Tuesday).

The shipment will arrive in Bangkok (if leaving on Thursday) on Friday or Saturday. For the rest of Thailand, it will arrive on Saturday or Sunday (if leaving on Thursday).

To Bangkok, most shipments will shipped using a cardboard box without the use of plastic. To other parts of Thailand, we may use recycled plastic and recycled foam boxes with ice. This is to be compliant with the shipping standards and since fresh vegetables and traveling long distances.

You are able to recycle the foam and plastic at your local recycling center. Or you can ask to return it back to Inter Express, which re-sell it onwards to their customers (we purchase recycled foam boxes from Inter Express).
